    Uncanny Avengers #1 opens up its run with a lot going for it when all is said and done. Great action, excellent character writing, and a plot that delivers big moments while laying the groundwork for more to come. This book looks like it aims to bring a lot more to its pages than just a hybrid of Marvels biggest franchises. Read Full Review

    The creative teams these three short stories really brought their A-game and X-game (we want to be considerate of our mutant brothers and sisters). Cassara, Garron, & Schiti did some truly wonderful work on the visuals throughout the FCBD issue, and I look forward to seeing their work in the main titles as these stories continue.     If you were worried for mutant lives with the Fall of X looming, prepare to be even more worried after reading Free Comic Book Day 2023: Avengers / X-Men. Even if this comic were four dollars, it'd be worth picking up. Highly entertaining and nerve-wracking, with bold twists, you're not going to only worry about the heroes but fear for them.     FCBD comics are hard to analyse. Last year, for example, I was so looking forward to Dark Web after the Spider-Man FCBD offering and look how that turned out?
