Arrow: Season 2.5 #4 |
Jan 14, 2015 |
I really liked the fact that Guggenheim is playing with the Brother Blood character again. I thought the show did an excellent job with it too. One thing is for certain, with the Church of Blood rising once again and other possible villains to come in the future, havoc is on its way towards Starling. So if you're a fan of CW's Arrow, then from "Pop Chok" arrow to Oliver's superpower of blaming himself for everything (again, staying true to the show) and from Felicity's one liners to Diggle's ass kicking, this series is going to be a pretty fun read for you. |

Injustice: Year Three #7 |
Jan 15, 2015 |
Tom Taylor, in my opinion has been one of the most consistent writers and Injustice has definitely been among DC's one of the best ongoing series. If BvS meets WB's expectations along with the other movies from their slate, I think this story totally has the potential to get a live action movie of its own, or maybe a trilogy. |

Velvet #8 |
Jan 7, 2015 |
Ed Brubaker has always beenway ahead of the othersat telling spy thrillers, Velvet is one such. Death, betrayal, double agents, action, explosions and most of all sheer intrigue is what's mingled in the series. With the current arc going to an even bigger stage and Brubaker always being able to deliver an excellent finishing to his stories, this is a must read. |
