Dark Knights of Steel (2021) #1

Nov 1, 2021

Writer alone, Dark Knights of Steel #1 from DC Comics should be on your pull-list. Tom Taylor has some of the hottest titles for DC and Marvel, with Son of Kal-El and Dark Ages. Add in the wicked concept and some art that breathes life into the story and the mythology. What you have then is a must buy on day one. Get it before its gone.

Robin & Batman (2021) #1

Nov 10, 2021

The Boy Wonder and one grumpy Batman. Look at it from a kids point of view. Look at it like you are a young boy trying to win the approval of your father or parent. Dick is just that, a kid. One step forward with issue #1, two more to take. Don't expect earth shattering storytelling here with issue #1. The doesn't hold it back in anyway. In fact its still great. The seeds are there for more.

Jane is coming to grips with what her new normal is, and going along for the ride with her I can already tell will be both scary and powerful.

The Unbelievable Unteens: From the World of Black Hammer #2

Sep 8, 2021

There is a mystery here that I assume will start to unfold over the next issues, but for right now getting to know the characters is enough to sell me on this book. Along with Crooks art and the World of Black Hammer behind it, The Unbelievable Unteens is another solid entry.
