King and Gerads are taking us in a new and interesting direction. With little action, this story relies heavily on philosophy and its hidden meaning. But as Mister Miracle is dragged back into conflict, action is sure to be present in upcoming issues.

Regardless of minor flaws, Zdarsky manages to write the series well and its future is bright. You really should be reading this.

Although the story moves slowly, it moves well. Very rarely does this issue truly feel boring. Every scene has a place and a purpose, furthering the plot.
