Tony Daniels provides the cover here, and he's done a top-shelf job. The detail, shading, angles, all of it looks brilliant and there's no revelation or misconception of the story inside.

Tony Daniel is again on cover duty, and he does a good job. It looks like the poster for a 1980s fantasy movie, like The Beastmaster, which suits the title. It isn't an outstanding cover, but all in all I like how Daniel draws Etrigan.

The cover is decent. It was intriguing enough to get me to have a look, but I think the monster doesn't reflect the great designs seen in the story itself.

Of the three covers, issue #1 is the best. It was done by James T. Sherman and it looks great for the most part. Toht's big weasel-head and his scare of the medallion are detailed beautifully. The covers for issues #2 and #3 are done by Walt Simonson, who also adapted the story for the comics. His covers are not as nice as Sherman's, especially #3. Simonson's cover for #2 is decent, with a nice upward angle of Indy lowering into the snake infested Well of Souls.
