Adventure Time #7, while illustrated fairly well there is a distinct lack of written storytelling with most episodes relying on pictures, which often make little sense of what is going on in the story. Even though this issue carries the name "Adventure Time", it does seem to fall reasonably far from the quality we've come to expect from the TV show. If you've enjoyed the previous six issues, then you will probably enjoy issue seven, but for those of you who have yet to pick up a copy, I suggest you take caution as this is not as fun or as well written.

This year treat yourself to an adventure, to something new and something different, get Max Landis' Green Valley, a brilliant story with fantastic artwork that goes from strength to strength, and an engaging story that will have you salivating for the next issue. Issue #4 of Green Valley will not let you down and I, for one, will be looking forward to the next exciting issue.

All in all, "John Carter: The End #1" is a perfect continuation for the stories of Edgar Rice Burroughs and the characters of Barsoom. This should please, delight and thrill old and new fans alike.

Rick and Morty is a brilliant series. With its juvenile humour and laugh a minute wit you'll be kicking yourself if you don't pick up a copy.
