    With Terry Moore recently announcing that Rachel Rising would be ending with issue #42, one wouldn't be remiss in expecting the writer-artist to be on full-on wrap up duty here in issue #40. Not only is that not the case, but if anything Moore escalates the narrative. Read Full Review
