There are so many wonderful things about this issue. We got solid plot advancement, strong character development and gripping story. These three men are very different, but Ruttgaizer makes them all feel very human, whether they have powers or not. The art was stylish, with strong colors. The art really coveys emotion and action beautifully. Ruttgaizer commands readers with dialogue that is authentic and intelligent. This second issue started with a bang and ended with a wonderful paced cliffhanger. This book continues to evolve to one of the most gripping and innovative looks into super-powered beings I have ever read. Read Full Review
