A group of frightened psychics gather to learn how and why their gifts are killing them. What is the mystery that binds them together? What is the source of their powers? And how is the clan-destine Trellux Institute involved? As they pursue the answers to these questions, they discover that they're also being stalked by human killers - killers with powers of their own.

Phantom on the Scan may not be quite as strong as the first issue, if only because that was setting some really interesting foundations and asking some key questions, but it's moving things forward in the right way so that it has a really natural flow to it and builds on what happened. I'm really curious to see what Vic is all about with what he accomplishes here and I like to see this new group bonding in some small ways, but mostly because it really does feel like it'd be foolish to split up considering what they're facing. The death of one of them has changed the tone between them significantly and that's made everything that was uncertain but intriguing into deadly serious. Here's hoping for some more reveals sooner rather than later (and that the characters use each other's names just a bit more!). Read Full Review

Phantom On The Scan #2 can't quite keep up the momentum of that solid opening issue, but it does have one exceptional horror sequence. Read Full Review
