    This title is not bad, not bad at all. Kras art reminds me of Mike Weringo. Its a loose, broad style grounded by heavier inks. It gives a heavy touch to a light penciling style. Its fun story with action and a little supernatural weirdness. Zeins origins paint him as a Doc Savage with alien technology, but his trip to Anubis realm takes the story into Dr. Strange territory. Theres plenty of story potential for an immortal warrior whos secretly watched and protected mankind for centuries. And using the Egyptian pantheon elevates him to the level of cosmic protector. Then theres the mystery of what happened to his similarly empowered brothers and sister. Mythological origins, noble intentions, and plenty of history to explore. Read Full Review

    Dialogue and personal narration by Zein inject life into what is essentially a very old dog. The new trick comes by way The X-Files, but there are enough elements outside of the plotting to give the traditional story a little more spark. Read Full Review
