Of course SSB II is totally tongue in cheek and not to be taken seriously. It's satire, a cynical sarcastic, crude offensive yet hilarious look at American politics. It's refreshing to able to laugh at a comic so over the top. Yet it's actually a sad state of affairs where comedy has to be explained, but that's the world we live in. And that's the whole point. SSB II is easily one of the funniest comics I have ever read, being a must have for fans of Eric Powell‘s work. Not only does it give us bold, outrageous comedy, but it also had a plot that was energetic and hilarious to say the least.
