Eternal Soulfire #1 gives us a lot of new within the confines of a familiar universe. Krul definitely changes things up with our new leads and these new situations, such as the military force tracking down magical beings. I actually picked up this book because I knew it was about magic, and Cassidy is in high school. Literally my thought was, “I love Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, so why wouldn’t I love this?” Although Cassidy is far different from Sabrina, I was right about loving this book. It’s well-written, has beautiful illustrations, and it’s really fun. Anything with magic is okay by me. If you’re into magic and/or technology, this book is definitely for you. Read Full Review
