Elia attempts to discover more of Eries' past and his reasons for seeking the genocide of the Human race. However, their tenuous encounter could prove to undo the Blue's existence altogether. Meanwhile, the team puts into motion their plan to extract the Grey Matter from The Rig but run into a fatal flaw in their plan of attack-one that could cost all of them their lives!

    Fathom Blue #5 is a worthy addition to this franchise that has survived above water. If you're looking for solid entertainment and a team book I do indeed recommend that you give this a try as it comes recommended. Read Full Review

    The titles fifth issue is a little bit of a mixed bag in terms of art. Nearly half of it looks rushed and rougher than normal, making some of the faces or bodies don't look nearly as good as it normally does. The rest of the art is spectacular. The colors are pretty on point. Hernandez makes sure there is a very heavy sense of tension, dread and choices as our team is faced with their hardest challenges yet. The issue ends with a strong cliffhanger. And while the art isn't as good as normally, it is serviceable. Read Full Review
