Scarface has nothing on Cameron Quinn, a ruthless upstart out to make a name for himself in this tale of crime and destiny from critically acclaimed mystery novelist Gary Phillips (HIGH HAND, BANGERS)! Phillips shines a harsh light on the action and drama of the L.A. underworld with this inner-cityspin on The Sopranos! A potent mix of American Gangster and THE WIRE, for fans of Brubaker's CRIMINAL!

I would really like to enjoy a book like this one. God knows we need more genre tales, especially great crime drama, in the comics industry. Im hoping the creators will improve as they go; if thats the case, due to the solid story concept, Id be willing to give it another shot. But unless that happens, I cant recommend this title. The Best thing about this book is the cover. Sergio Carrera just not ready for professional work, There are some of the worst panels i have every scene in company comic book. The story starts off pretty good and goes know where fast. This book is a mess the colors are boring and give nothing to help the art. I guess everyone one starts some where. BOOM your better then this for real not good stuff..
