    The underwater character designs are really great this issue even the ocean scenes themselves are a little plain. I love Todd and he's super adorable for a puffer fish that, you know, could prove to be fatal. And I love Max's mermaid tail. It appears to be a lot more fish-looking than you might see in other magical princess tails. It looks like a big ol' goldfish tail! Basically, this is a great issue in a great series that I wish would last more than just five issues. Read Full Review

    Mega Princess is a perfect book for youths who would benefit from reading more comics. With only two issues left, this series is shaping up to be a promising trade paperback to place in the hand of an individual who wants to get into comics. Hopefully this series will get enough attention and the junior detective known as Mega Princess will have the opportunity to go on more adventures in the future. Because the world needs more detective princesses on the case. Read Full Review
