This comic is great storytelling. There's a lot of classic conventions being put to work here, and it's all coming together to make a whole that is far greater than its individual parts. I would put this comic in line with some of the better Disney films. It's the type of story that has a sense of timelessness to it, and I imagine it could be enjoyed for generations to come if it were better known. Read Full Review
In the previous two issues, Wilson did a great job of intertwining the stories of Giselle and her sister Genevieve, but here Viv is missing for all but a single page. Viv is acknowledged and missed by her sister, but her absence is felt. However, it is a credit to Wilson's ability to create a character so endearing that you miss her when she is gone. I still think this is a book you should buy your daughter or little sister. While they might enjoy it best, there's still a sense of fun that girls AND boys of all ages can enjoy and actually like. Read Full Review
