    Dept. H #6 is a tightly paced and emotionally moving installment of one of the best books currently being published. It showcases the congruity of narrative tone, shifting temporal setting and story genre that has been the hallmark of the series.     Dept H issues six and seven plunge the reader back under the sea with Mia and the doomed crew, and as always it presents the reader with unique, compelling art, and a fantastic setting. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to pinpoint the purpose of the story yet, and the whole comic feels hollower and hollower as it progresses. Read Full Review
