Oh, this series. There's a new plot twist at every turn. That's what I look for in a series -- plot. Romantic storylines are nice, but ultimately leave me wanting something more substantial. With Dollhouse, you get lovable characters, an evil corporation, technology of the future, the necessary apocalypse in ever epic story and more importantly, action-packed plot twists that leave you on the edge of your seat wanting more.
