The Fandom Post - Josh Begley Apr 9, 2014

Flesh Feast of the Devil Doll ends the same way as the other Grindhouse issues: with a fake movie poster. I think it pretty well sums up why this is such a fun issue and why this is such a great anthology overall. The flavor text on the poster reads, "It came from Hell, They came from hockey camp" and "It just messed with the wrong virgins." It's that kind of tongue-in-cheek attitude coupled with strong writing and art that makes this such an enjoyable and even thought-provoking comic. As always, I'll be back next month for the latest issue and I hope you will too. Highly recommended. Read Full Review

Comic Bastards - Carl Boehm Apr 2, 2014

Alex De Campi must write each issue with a huge smirk because she knows she's not taking anything serious"or for granted. She delivers tongue-in-cheek stories that play up so well to the grindhouse theme. I only hope people understand this genre of exploitation and not make an ignorant fuss over the content. The people there probably won't find it that shocking, but at least they might have a discussion about it. In 2014 the only person talking about it will be me, in this review. Now I have finished, and that's all that will be said about it. Read Full Review
