This first issue doesn't give us too many answers, instead raising a ton of questions, but for those looking for a new old-school noir obsession, this is the perfect fit. Arcadia is a solid mystery thriller blending the iconography of DC with a brooding, noir style. This is a great story that features these three distinct characters in a way that plays with their strengths and weaknesses, all backed up by Hardman's own fantastically stylised artwork.
