Apr 26, 2017While this book is not bad by any stretch, it just isn't nearly as good as it should be. If it had been billed as just a basic "Batman meets Wonder Woman" comic it may have read better, but it barely feels like Batman '66 if at all. That said, there's a lot of visual inventiveness and lovely art, and a few scenes that work well on their own. The very definition of a "fine" comic, when it should have been so much more.
