Marcos Martin really out does himself on this issue, as he gets the book off to an explosive start with one of the best looking credit page impact shots that I've seen in a good long while. He follows this up later in the issue as our hero goes a couple of rounds with Superman. The more nightmarish aspects of our hero's powers are also well presented by the art as there's a decidedly unsettling shot of what a body looks like after it's been subjected to the full force of his deadly touch. Of course, the art also deserves full marks for making the scene where he physically removes his opponent's heart a very disturbing looking sequence. I also enjoyed the cute little character moment where Superman tries to hide the fact that it actually hurt to make contact with our hero.
