As Nemesis prepares his plan to gain freedom from the Global Peace Agency, he's dealt one last fatal setback. He hasn't been able to trust anybody in Electric City, and now he's not even sure if he can trust himself. Is he doomed to a life of torture and paranoia?
Perhaps it is the format of this comic, which comes out only once a month but it is still hard to get into the story. It simply isn't that compelling so that readers will remember exactly what happened in the previous issue and understand how this all relates to the latest issue. Maybe when the whole thing is collected into a graphic novel, it will make more sense-- and will be more entertaining. Read Full Review
