    Entertaining if somewhat Dues Ex Machina story where somehow The Elongated Man is faster then the Fastest Man Alive. It makes zero sense to Flash’s powers but the story is amusing when looking past that ginormous plot hole. The Kid Flash story is fun if on the nose.
