An issue that never really manages to rise above the level of mediocrity that we've seen thus far on this crossover. However, what makes it worse is that as this story moves along it's becoming rather clear that Oliver & Kyle are completely devoid of any chemistry, so the best the writing team can do is deliver the same tired "you're a young rookie/you're a old fart" debate that pretty much wore out it's welcome in the opening chapter.
