Mr. Terrific continues his downward spiral but to what end? Can he face the demons that lurk within his incredible mind, ready to snap at his heels as the last threads of his intelligence slip away? And is the shadowy figure from his past the original Mr. Terrific?
Justice Society of America #52 doesn't pack a ton of action, but there is plenty of humor to accompany a meaningful message. Guggenheim sets up a potential rivalry between the Society and the Challengers of the Unknown, and it should be interesting to see how such conflict might impact each team in the future. It's not a great issue, but it does have a cameo from a rabbit super-hero (who it appears as a children's character from some kind of Sesame Street knock-off). This one's strictly or fans of JSA, Challengers, or the Zoo Crew. Read Full Review
This is a team with an army of great heroes from the past and present to choose from - unlimited potential - but for two years now, the stories have been uninspired. The upcoming reboot offers a good chance to make a fresh start. Hopefully, DC will make the most of it. Read Full Review
