The penultimate chapter of "Sorcerer Kings" finds Batman, Doctor Occult, Detective Chimp and Klarion the Witchboy facing a magical Armageddon in the present as Superman is taken to meet the future Justice League at the Hall of Doom! How did things go so wrong and can anything be done to stop it?
All in all, this "Superman/Batman" storyline is by no means bad. It's amusing and fun in places, and Bunn's storyline fits in well with the title as a whole. But it is a shame that it's just good rather than great, because with creators as talented as Bunn, ChrisCross, and Deering, I'd expected so much more.
