Prelude to BLACKEST NIGHT: TITANS! Tempest returns! And how will his arrival affect the Titans? The last page not only answers this question, but will have fans buzzing.
This issue is pretty solid in and of itself, but it isn't terribly vital as a Blackest Night tie-in. Look at it as more of a prelude to a tie-in. If that actually sounds worth you hard-earned money, then by all means give Titans #15 a look. Just don't pay any attention to the silly and misleading cover and you'll be all set. Read Full Review

Now, don’t get me wrong. There’s nothing wrong with this issue on a structural level. I think it’s written well enough and the art is really nice to look at, but for me it doesn’t really serve any real purpose other than pushing Tempest from point ‘a’ to point ‘b’ with some forced storytelling and heavy handed foreshadowing. I don’t really need to know all of that going in to Blackest Night, and I feel as if this series may be in need of a sales bump and so it became a Blackest Night prelude. This book is far from the greatest comic of the week, but it does serve a purpose to re-introduce some forgotten heroes and foes back into the DC Universe, just in time for "Blackest Night," an event seemingly custom-built for such a long-suffering character as Tempest. Read Full Review
