Aug 10, 2022SHEENA: QUEEN OF THE JUNGLE (VOL. 2) #8 is an eventful and action-packed issue with plenty of plot movement and developments. De Souzas pacing, dialog, and plotting are all on-point, and the tone captures the glory of classic pulp adventures. That said, the art is inconsistent with rough spots in linework and coloring. Aug 11, 2022All in all, if you aren't already reading Sheena: Queen of the Jungle, I think I'd suggest waiting for the trade. Coming in with this issue would be like walking in on the middle of a movie. Granting that it is a good movie, this is one book best sampled in one sitting. Read Full Review
