What can I say I just freaking love this series and this continues the great work that came before it. These fights were top notch and were drawn with great detail. Plus I think they did a fantastic job with this issue and fixed my minor gripes with the previous issue since we got to see more of what the aliens and the the different groups of humans are up to. So if you are a fan of this series or not definitely go out a buy a copy of it, as well as pre-order the next issues in the series if you become a fan since that will help determine if the series continues or not after it's now 12 issue run. Overall, another fun issue of Godzilla. Steven Woods might not be that great of a focus since he's reminding me too much of Boxer, but the action and story are good. The monsters have never looked so expressive, so hats off to Matt Frank. Jet Jaguar's big appearance doesn't disappoint, I can't wait to see more of him. (And it looks like we'll getting that in the next issue!) Volume 1 of this series just released too, so I recommend checking it out if you haven't been reading the book! Read Full Review
This has been an awesome battle to witness. Unfortunately, the safety is on and none of the kaiju are falling in battle. I understand that the licensing prevents the monsters from taking a critical hit, but the whole thing is starting to feel like a Pokemon battle. Despite that, pick up this issue and enjoy Jet Jaguar kicking a lot of kaiju ass. Mowry's Godzilla has been a monster to cheer for and run from! Read Full Review
Though there's a goofiness that would make this a perfect comic for a young kaiju fan, there's plenty for we old people as well. Fans of the genre should definitely give this a look. Read Full Review
Even though I am not as well-versed in Godzilla's mythology as others, I am enough of a fan to have been more than a little outraged at how he was treated in Roland Emmerich's 1998 crapfest of a film. Read Full Review
