The next in a series of spotlights focusing on everyone's favorite Ponies! Rainbow Dash takes her job patrolling the skies very seriously, but she may have met her match when a group of mischievous cloud gremlins threaten to block out the sun! Rainbow Dash will have her hooves full when it comes to these pint-sized menaces!
All-ages comics that are appropriate for a wide range of readers can be difficult to come by lately, and those which demonstrate a more subtle level of humor for the adult readers are even rarer. The only the potential drawbacks to this comic is the lack of familiarity with the franchise itself, which may turn off some readers. Yet, Lindsay and Fleecs work well together to create comic that works hard to draw in readers who either consider themselves a fully-fledged "bronies" or those who are simply looking for a good comic they can feel comfortable having their children read. Overall, the Micro Series #2 is a good story featuringeveryone'sfavorite Pegasus. It might feel a bit dull at times, but it's still a fun read. Plus it has actual villains with pretty great dialogue. We get to see Rainbow at her strongest, giving all she gas against theGremlins One might question why Princess Celestia wasn't aware of something happening to Ponyville for 28 days, but I digress. Perhaps the weakest issue of any released so far that has the weakest plot and dialogue of the bunch. However, good characterization, interesting villains, and fantastic visuals make it a solid buy.
