Hooray! It's a ticker tape parade in honor of... The Ex-Villains of Townsville?! Well sir, it looks to me like the former badniks have turned over a new leaf and are eager to help out their fellow citizens! Buttercup remains skeptical, but when a giant sea monster threatens the city, it's a team up no one could have expected! Can it be that there's a new super hero force in town or is there some sinister shenanigans at work behind the scenes?

Writer/artist Troy Little delivers another fun issue with the bizarre situation of turning the town's baddies into well-respected members of the community (even building a statue of the Powerpuff Girls) and a big action sequence as our heroines work with the former villains to stop an attack by a giant octopus (also under HIM's influence) forcing even Buttercup to accept their new outlook on life. The Powerpuff Girls continues to prove itself a worthy adaptation. Little has a real handle on the various characters and has laid out an interesting situation for MoJo JoJo and the girls. Hopefully we see a little more of Him's plan at work next month. Read Full Review
