Dec 02, 2013Writer/artist Troy Little delivers another fun issue with the bizarre situation of turning the town's baddies into well-respected members of the community (even building a statue of the Powerpuff Girls) and a big action sequence as our heroines work with the former villains to stop an attack by a giant octopus (also under HIM's influence) forcing even Buttercup to accept their new outlook on life.
