Flickering Myth - Villordsutch
Jun 08, 2016Yes, we didn't get a movie tie-in for Star Trek Beyond this year, however after this storming, vicious and beautifully brutal "Welcome home Klingons!" treat instead, I'm more than happy that Mike Johnson, Ryan Parrott and Angel Hernandez all sat down together to make something this fantastic. ComicWow!TV - AD Boorman
Jun 06, 2016Getting to know the Klingons " from opponent to ally is an important part of Trek History. Getting a chance to see it through new eyes is a task well suited to the sequential art format. Graphic storytelling gives readers a chance to look at things and ponder the nuances at a level impossible in TV and movies. Conversely, text alone would not show the details that comics readers get to dwell on. This time spent on image is important, and this storytelling team is using that unique aspect of the format to their advantage. Read Full Review
