Forces Of Geek - Atlee Greene

Oct 12, 2011With all of these macabre happenings going down, Ciaramella does not forget to indulge in a little humor. Witnesses mistake Eric for Criss Angel, while the image of him flying through the sky in a tattered cape and torn up jeans looks as obscure as it does absurd. Make no mistake; this man is not a superhero. Eric's drive and devotion might be as clear and focused as Batman's, but his goals are more on par with the Joker. Read Full Review

The Weekly Crisis - Grant McLaughlin
Oct 16, 2011The Cape plays with a lot of the tropes we're familiar with from superhero stories, but it continuously turns them on their heads. However, subversion for the sake of subversion can only take you so far, and everyone working on this book seems to recognize this fact, taking it that extra step to make sure they're also telling a worthwhile story.
