Chiren's hush-hush, humanity-saving heroics have hatched a hit anime series. Unfortunately, a disastrous first date with a bad-boy biker could blow her cover and sway her to side with our potential robot overlords.
All in all, Circuit Breaker is a fun read. It's silly and lighthearted and the drawings, while sometimes juvenile, match that silliness perfectly. It's an interesting blend of Western and Japanese pop that I hope proves a success. I enjoyed this short read very much… Much more than I though I would when starting on issue #1, that's for sure. I'd encourage anyone who wants a comic that's not all doom and gloom to give it a shot. Read Full Review
The writing is damned near infuriating . Staccato, it stammers, stutters and sometimes makes no sense whatsoever. The dialogue is as jilted as a Tommy Wiseau movie and oft times impossible to follow. You could almost believe that the books written content was the victim of a oor translation from Japanese manga"but it's not..I checked. Read Full Review
