    This one-shot issue has all the fixings to be a mid length series. Which is why I’m stunned that it is only a one-shot. I wish that the publisher would reconsider this because you could make this into a really great series. The story is straight forward for readers to easily comprehend what is going on.     The one-shot is set in Kirkham’s Final Boss universe. Final Boss is...almost readable, but it lacks a whole lot of depth or coherence in a serialized format. His smash-and-grab style of action storytelling really comes alive in a one-shot that marches its way through a series of aggressively violent encounters. The Masked Vigilante seems like an interesting enough character who could be a lot of fun in a series of such one-shots if Kirkham pulled together enough inspiration to move her through a variety of different similar situations.
