While I've enjoyed the somewhat plodding nature of this series so far, Hitomi #4 makes it clear that this story is looking to wrap up soon. Despite this somewhat sudden change of pace, issue #4 still finds a way to feature some of the best writing and characterization that the series has seen so far. Read Full Review
'Hitomi' has been an utterly entertaining adventure of classic mentor-apprentice tropes that works on every level. It's wild that this is the penultimate issue when this deserves to be an ongoing series.
