I’ve praised it once and I’ll do it again, this book is fantastic. It’s a story that has been waiting to be told and I’m glad I’m getting to read it. This issue deals with some heavy matters, but it does so with skill. The writing makes this a joy to read even if the character involved is experiencing the exact opposite. With each new issue, this series continues to be even more promising. Standing as a love letter to comics and fandom surrounding the medium, it is easily a must-read for any new or old reader alike. Albeit dealing with darker overtones this issue, the creatives keep it tasteful and accessible to most readers.
