The case gets complicated, and Cal comes under heavy scrutiny from Red City PD and the Mayor’s office. He teams up with Angel, a woman from his past, and the fight spills onto the streets in a high-octane hail of bullets.

    If you read the first issue, this one is more of the same with much of the same virtues and faults. So again, it is recommended for the fans of the tech noir, although patience is all ready wearing thin. The mysteries are currently either confusing or boring (The character Angel manages to reveal just enough about herself that I immediately lost interest in her) and while future issues may rectify those issues, there is still work to be done.     Red City bores me. Most good mysteries need to build up the story to make the pay off at the end worthwhile, but with the quality presented so far, I have little faith that the final resolution to this book will be worth slogging through these first issues. Read Full Review
