It's hard enough to maintain a sense of continuity for our character. Who's been around this long. Even if it's just one person who is doing most of the action as a writer and artist a lot of inconsistency can fall into place here and there over the decades. And it's clear that Larson is having fun with what he's putting on the page and some of that fun is transferring to the reader, it would be nice to have it be a little bit more coherent with respect to continuity between scenes, issues and major eras in the history of Dragon. The problem with an artist and writer that's wrote and drawn the same story for 30 years is that old fans get annoyed and new fans don't. Erik is now at the level where old fans should live and respect him because he still gives them a story and that leaves new people to eventually become old readers. It's a juggling act and I think Erik deserves to do it his way now. Wonderful is what I think........JM
