Yuki and Itsuomi have finished moving in together, and the part of Itsuomi's life that he's been keeping secret has come literally crashing into their relationship! A neighbor collapses, and the two step in to help, only to discover that this is the older brother of Itsuomi's backpacker friend Tasuku.
