    SPEED REPUBLIC #2 is a serviceable entry in the series. The art is good, the action is great. And, the plot makes appreciable forward progress. That said, the main characters motivations and goals remain weak or unclear, which makes it difficult to understand why hes subjecting himself to danger. Read Full Review
