Look, with Joey Q's retcon, Slott was handed a plate of chicken shit and told to make chicken salad out of it. And I think Slott did the best with the parameters he was given to worth within. I'm not sure if it's a Must Read book or not. It's so odd and different from what SpiderMan has been for so long and there's things that just don't sit right with me. I like it on one level and then there are times I hate it. I think I'll know after the next issue whether I really like this or not. Read Full Review
This is the same boring set-up of this new era just like FCBD 2007. But it "introduces" two more new villains (yet to be ones) and honestly the only good thing about it was that part with JJJ. And the art, of course, especially of McNiven. I'm a super simp for his old works.
