(Cover Date: March, 1969) Summary: Cap receives a mysterious fortune at the arcade. Cap is ambushed by Hydra hitmen but evades their fire. The hitmen run away, & Cap destroys the robot cowboy with his shield that was meant to finish him off. Madame Hydra gives the leader of the hit squad the Warrant of Death for his failure to kill Cap. While he watches old film of Cap & Bucky, Rick questions whether he can be as good as Bucky was. Cap shows Rick some combat gymnastics. Later when Cap is gone, Rick opens a delivered envelope that contains a psychedelic gas & collapses. He is taken away by Hydra agents.
