(Cover Date: January, 1970) Summary: After Silas X. Cragg creates the Man-Brute using his own version of the Super-Soldier serum, he sets up a fake charity event at an orphanage where the Man-Brute can ambush & destroy Cap. When a boy (Man-Brute's son) tries to protect Cap from him, Man-Brute quits & goes back to confront Silas, who accidentally (?) gets electrocuted to death.
