In all, I was on my way in giving this issue a rare four and a half bulletscore (a hot topic among current bulleteers at the moment), and then the issue never stopped. I swear if the Sorcerer Supreme was wrapped up more punctually, it couldve been something else. In a way, its unfair to the author that this book got canceled and the final few pages got stranded. Or did they? With news of a Heroic Age anthology title featuring some of the canceled cult favorites, among them Paul Cornells MI13 and Remenders Doctor Voodoo, maybe fans of Jericho will get the finish they deserve, after all. Remender delivers a spectacular finale to Avenger of the Supernatural. I wasn’t a big Jericho fan in Bendis’ Bew Avengers but Remender has for sure changed my mind. I gained a whole new respect for Nightmare as a villain and Doom as a sorcerer. Unfortunate that this series got canceled because it looked like Remender had big plans. Favorite moment of the series: seeing the Nightmare-controlled Ghost Riders in action
