  (Cover Date: September, 1987) Summary: Oedi tells Vanth how things have changed during the two years he was in a coma. Those with special powers are associated with those working for Lord Papal, so they remain undercover. He shows him statutes of Skeevo & Gecko Lingus who are regarded as the heroes of the revolution. The names of the others in Dreadstar & Company have been forgotten. Oedi tells him that he is now a cop that hunts down paranormal war criminals. They teleport to the asteroid HQ of his Special Forces Unit. Vanth meets Skeevo who is its figurehead; Oedi is really the one in charge. Syzygy tells him he is trying to locate Doctor Delphi & is preparing for the return of the 12 gods. Willow takes care of her lobotomitzed mother & is constantly haunted by mental babble due to her enhanced telepathic abilities. Vanth meets Iron Angel, a cyborg created by the Instrumentality & who rebelled against them. The cocky Fixx challenges Vanth to a duel. Oedi stops it when Fixx uses his sonics at full power. Vanth meets their former foe, Tueton, who Oedi found was working as a junkyard dog. Vanth decides to join his unit. Oedi gives him his badge. more
