This issue doesn't makes much for the story - Hulk smashes everything and only in the end we see something interesting, good comparisons with guillotine, Hulk's arm fighting the other arm and finally the Sheriff saw that the Hulk is Bruce indeed. The Hulk is terrifying here. Horror is his name! The art is outstanding... Only the "Hulk laughs" splash-page had Hulk with dumb manga-like face expression, which doesn't fit the tone of the story. Why the hell the Hulk is always laughing here? I need answers to understand where Byrne wants to lead this.
