    Tony Stark runs into the Hulk, who is blocking traffic on the Long Island Expressway. After the Hulk changes back into Banner, Iron Man takes him to Stark International, where they jointly develop a pulse regulator to stop Banner's change into the Hulk. (Cover date: February, 1980)
