(Cover Date: August, 1969) Summary: Nick & Gabe review how Jasper survived the airship crash using images from his brain. Iron Man & Unicorn create an alliance after their tech is damaged from the Red Ghost's aerial attack. Red Ghost takes over a SHIELD station to build an ultra cosmic ray intensifier to create a super-ape army. Iron Man & Unicorn arrive to stop him but are defeated by the super-apes. The super-apes rebel against the Red Ghost & destroy his machine, not wanting to be his slaves. Unicorn takes Red Ghost away in his aircraft, vowing to return to take care of Iron Man when he is restored.
